MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT AND WORKSHOP

Cathodex Oy supplies edge strip manufacturing units and cathode plate maintenance lines for copper, nickel and zinc refineries. The line and methods can be used for steel, titanium and aluminium plates.

The total capacity for side edge strips in the Cathodex® maintenance lines is 7 cathode plates per hour. The capacity for cathode plates with side and bottom strips is 3.5 cathode plates per hour. The maintenance line usually includes a punching unit, a brushing unit, a permanent edge strip unit, a straightening unit and a corner piece unit.

The Cathodex® production line allows for the cost-efficient maintenance of edge strips and cathode plates. Also downtime due to maintenance is reduced. Our user-friendly manufacturing method guarantees low material cost and an optimal circulation of the material stock.
