BRUSHING UNIT

We have developed a completely new method for cleaning the plate surfaces. Our solution can brush indentations and bumps in the plate as well as waveform surfaces. The brushed and clean plates guarantee a high quality of copper, zinc and nickel production and improve the cost-efficiency of the facility. New aluminium plates can also be roughened before use. The capacity of the unit is approximately 20 plates per hour.
